Olga Spindler 1897 Sampler Pattern american Sampler 25 inches wide by 7Olga Spindler, my great grandmother, was just 13 years old when she completed this sampler in 1897. The best part is, that I still remember her so well. I was a young child when she was still alive and such a fun and goofy lady. Even in her old age she had a great sense of humor, and played the piano like a wild thing her favorite tunes were the "Donauwellen" by Josef Ivanovici I can still see her hands fly over those keys I miss her.
