Caramelized Cacao Nibs & Espresso Chocolate Bark teas with cheeseWe're all coffee lovers at The Secret Chocolatier. While we havent quite mastered panning our own espresso beans (yet!), we teamed up with Magnolia Coffee Company to create this chocolate bark. We start by caramelizing organic Madagascar cacao nibs at 305F, enhancing their roasted chocolate flavor with just a touch of sweetness and a delightful crunch. We apply the same caramelization process to crushed espresso beans, adding another layer of
