A stabilised, cream based and subtly fragranced developed for the Refectocil eyelash & eyebrow tints. Only the use of Refectocil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of Refectocil tints. Instructions: Mix 15 20 drops of cream oxidant with 2cm of tint. Ingredients: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Ceteareth 20, Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate.
