For Boom, it requires you to target a land you control to be destroyed - however, indestructible lands can be targeted, so it sticks around while an opponent loses one of theirs
Additionally, you can pay 1 White mana to unattach an Equipment from a creature you control

A 2/1 Human Wizard for two mana, Snapcaster Mage can be played at instant speed and gives an instant or sorcery in your graveyard flashback
Serra Ascendant: I don't want to go off on a tangent about this card so I'll try to stay focused this is an insanely good card (not overpowered though.) If played turn 1 it will gain you around 6-18 life (never once has it gained me more) and drain each opponent 6 each
