I always love casting this card, and it's quickly become one of my favorite casual EDH cards

All of the powerhouse things this can enable from Aristocrats bringing back cannon sacrifice fodder to Midrange or Blink recurring ETB stuff like in color Karmic Guide or next door in the color wheel Mulldrifter and Acidic Slime

So how come it doesnt make the Bottom 10 cards of this list
