In other words, I recommend you keep an eye out for Ulamog here in your MH3 packs
As such, if the opponents Active Pokmon is at risk of being eliminated, the player can force them to stay in the Active Spot and take the damage, especially if the player anticipated the opponents lack of Energy to retreat with the Gravity Gemstone card
Faceless Haven seemed to only see play in specific mono-colored snow decks that could support it, but I assume the Sanctuary will see play in a broader range of decks, including control decks that can handle having lands that only produce colorless

In this type of deck it's really hard to get a good balance and I think dredge and self-mill will make it more inconsistent, as you'd have no control, and with magus/yawgmoth's will your only recursion for non-creatures...you're throwing half your deck away at random
