Semi carbonic (50% of Blaufrnkisch) fermentation in direct pressed juice of Riesling and destemmed Grner Veltliner and Blaufrnkisch. That last grape is what gives this wine its color, a light magenta. Cherry, raspberry, flowers, herbs.
